Operations Planning Manager

You are the key player in developing and improving the Sales and Operations Planning processes in our Supply chain and lead the production planning team in Operations.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Proven experience to lead and improve Sales and Operations planning processes or relevant Supply chain processes
• Team player attitude and good skills and ability to lead the people
• Hands-on attitude in problem solving and continuous improvement
• Relevant education, Polytechnic or Academic degree in Industrial management or Production technology
• Analytical mindset and agility to adapt in fast-changing business environment
• Strong experience in developing or at least using the ERP based production planning systems
• Good communication skills in Finnish and at least moderate skills in English.

You will be a member of Operations management team and your workplace will be located in Peikko Finland Operations team in Lahti. We offer you a great opportunity to make changes visible!
