DELTABEAM® was chosen as part of the frame solution for the new Lexicon retail and car parking development in Bracknell.
Precast downstand beams were used for the main beams but the frontal retail areas had demanding spans and restrictive headroom requirements.
DELTABEAM® were utilised to in these locations to solve this design issue. The installation program on site was a challenging 40 week period.
DELTABEAM®, due to its flexibility and inbuilt fire protection were integrated into the solution enabling PCE to meet this strict timetable.
