In the modern data center campus located in Jawczyce, near Warsaw, DELTABEAM® Composite Beams were used to construct flat slabs. By utilizing our beamless slab system, the building structure is free of protruding elements, enabling more efficient cooling of the IT infrastructure. This directly contributes to reducing operational cooling costs.
The investor and operator of the facility is Data4 Group. As part of the development, four buildings with a total usable floor area of 15,000 m² will ultimately be constructed on a 4-hectare plot, with a total power capacity of 60 MW. The first phase of the project commenced in the first quarter of 2023.
The general contractor for the project was PORR Polska.
